What is HRD Corp

HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation) is an agency under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia that helps employers train their workforce using the levy contribution fund.

If your company is registered under HRD Corp, you are eligible to claim the full course fees for our training programmes.

    Q1: Who can claim HRD Corp funding?
    A1: Any company registered under HRD Corp that contributes monthly. Full-time employees can attend our courses with 100% claimable fees.

    Q2: Do we need to pay upfront for the training?
    A2: No. If your company is HRD-registered, the training fees can be fully claimed from HRD Corp, so no upfront payment is required.

    Q3: Can we request a custom course or workshop?
    A3: Yes! Just send us your preferred course details via the form or email, and we’ll tailor the training for your company or private group.

    Q4: How long does it take to get HRD approval?
    A4: Most claims are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your company’s HRD Corp account status.

    Q5: Can government or private companies apply?
    A5: Absolutely. Our training programmes are open to both government and private organizations, as well as private groups.
